Hello, I'm Krystin Haire. I am a graduate of A&M University-Commerce where I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health. Much of my experience has been with trauma informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral and cognitive processing therapy. To really tailor to each individual, I find it important not only to create a safe place to start the healing process, but also to work with you to discover the most beneficial interventions/skills to help you reach your therapy goals, even if the goal is just to show up.
