Brief info

I am a licensed professional counselor associate helping individuals who are struggling with but not limited to: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, conflict, stress, and life transitions. I have clinical experience working with pre-teens, teens, and adults in diverse settings such as, a community counseling center, a nonprofit organization, and a school district.

I provide a safe and supportive environment built on authenticity, respect, and care. My therapeutic approach utilizes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy depending on the needs of my clients. I strive to meet my clients where they are so I can provide the appropriate level of care. My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients to develop a treatment plan that improves their quality of life.

I was born and raised right here in Dallas, attending school locally all the way through high school. I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Woo Pig!). I then earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University. When I am not working, I enjoy watching the Dallas Stars, spending time with my family and friends, and trying new restaurants.
