Ariana is a Licensed Mastered Social Worker, Certified Case Manager(CCM) and has her Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her background is medical social work with a focus in working with the adult and aging adult population. Ariana has experience in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and relationship issues.

Ariana assesses the individual as a whole to assist in navigating their current environment, implementing self-care techniques, establishing boundaries and developing healthy relationships in all aspects of their life. Lastly, Ariana believes that developing positive coping skills and practicing effective communication leads to a healthier outlook on self and will ultimately improve the client’s daily interactions

Heather Staples has been in the field of social work for the last 17 years. She has worked in the field of medical social work, community social work as well as mental health. Heather is currently an LMSW under supervision to obtain her LCSW.

Heather has a genuine, open personality that makes you feel comfortable and accepted when you meet for therapy. She is eager to help clients address their concerns, empower them to utilise therapeutic techniques to develop problem solving abilities and work to find balance in their lives.

When not working, you can find her scoping out the latest and greatest taco places and attending outdoor concerts.
