Brief info
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. Since beginning my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a range of intensive settings, including an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program and a combined Residential/Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). These experiences allowed me to sit beside individuals during some of their most challenging moments, offering compassionate, nonjudgmental support as they navigated complex emotional and mental health needs.
I have experience working with individuals facing a broad spectrum of diagnoses, including bipolar disorder, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma-related disorders, schizophrenia, personality disorders, depression, and anxiety. I approach my work through a trauma-informed lens, recognizing the importance of safety, trust, collaboration, empowerment, and choice. My goal is to help clients feel in control of their healing process and to support them as they choose the best options for their lives. I strive to meet each person with empathy, respect, and a belief in their capacity for growth and recovery.
Originally from Chicago, I moved here in 2018 and continue to stay closely connected to my roots—frequently visiting family. In my free time, I love golfing with my husband, traveling, and spending time with our newly adopted dog.
I aim to provide a supportive environment where you feel seen, valued, and in charge of your healing. This is your space to discover what wellness means to you.
