After scheduling your first appointment, you will receive a portal invitation by email. Here is how the process works:

Schedule your appointment
Contact our team to book your first session. We will confirm your appointment and send you portal access details by email.

Check your email
Look for an invitation from our patient portal. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within 24 hours of scheduling.

Complete your paperwork
Log in and complete your new client intake forms before your first appointment. This helps your provider prepare and makes your first session more productive.

Attend your first session
You are all set. Your provider will have reviewed your intake information and will be ready to focus on you from the moment your session begins.

Having trouble with the portal? Here are answers to the most common questions.
I didn’t receive a portal invitation. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, call us at 469-712-5481 and we will resend your invitation or assist you directly.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the portal login page. If you continue to have trouble, contact our office and we can assist you.
Do I need to complete the paperwork before my first appointment?
Yes — please complete your intake forms before your first session. This allows your provider to review your information in advance so your appointment time is spent on you, not paperwork.
Can I use the portal on my phone?
Yes. The client portal is mobile-friendly and can be accessed from any device with an internet browser. No app download is required.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. Our patient portal is HIPAA-compliant and uses secure, encrypted connections to protect your personal health information.
I am a new client but have not scheduled yet. Where do I start?
