Tiffany Damewood

I am dually licensed as a Licensed Master Social Worker, under the supervision of Dr Norman Cobb, PhD, LCSW-S, and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I have over 5 years of experience working in inpatient and outpatient treatment program settings treating mental health, substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. I work with tweens, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, abuse, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Schizophrenia, relationship issues, teen issues, substance use issues, autism spectrum disorders, anger management, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and individuals coping with change and stress.

I utilize primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with techniques from expressive art therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoanalytic principals. I am also currently undergoing additional training specific to ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. As an individual with ADHD, I have a particular interest and unique insight regarding the challenges, coping strategies and management of ADHD
